"Anxiety is a storm, but remember, every storm runs out of rain. Trust in your inner strength, and you will find calm again. You have the power to rise above; peace is within reach."
Anxiety is a common disorder for young as well as old alike. Children also feel anxious due to studies or to maintain their performance. Many people have a question about how to treat anxiety, how to come out of anxious thoughts.
Firstly, one should understand that anxiety is due to running off too many thoughts at the same time. These thoughts create a tension in the mind and the body & affect the energy level of the person. Anxiety is a result of the rush of too many thoughts at the same time. The person in anxiety can not stop the thoughts and as a result becomes nervous, apprehensive, fearful and worries constantly. Some will have a personality which is of this type, some others may develop anxiety as part of facing life situations. Whatever the case may be due to anxiety, a person loses his/her connection with his/her Self. He/she has difficulty trusting the flow of life. Trust is directly connected to feeling safe in the world. Anxiety can cause feeling absolutely unsafe and can vary from low to high level. If the person has basic trust issues, he/she can develop anxiety much easier. Modern-day stress can trigger it very easily.
Covid 19 has added a new level to this due to the restrictions & precautions everyone faced during the pandemic. There are people who continuously feel anxious if they have to travel or have to function normally in life. There can be anxiety related to money, study, going through any change. One can easily spot such people around.
Even though anxiety to some extent is a normal human phenomenon, it can be very difficult to handle people when they are anxious about irrational fears & phobias. These irrational thoughts can hinder normal functioning in the world.
Spiritual healing offers a unique advantage: many people experience significant relief within just a few minutes. In spiritual healing, we try to work on the energy body (also known as Prana Sharir in Vedic tradition or Taijas Sharir in Jain tradition) & quantum field (Karana Sharir in Vedic tradition or Karman Sharir in Jain tradition) of the person. When the energy body is cleansed, it automatically helps in cleansing thoughts and emotions. If there is some karmic blockage it can be released as the work is also done in the quantum field.
This release contrasts sharply with traditional methods, which often require much longer processes & work only at conscious levels. All these methods of spiritual healing unlike cognitive behavioural therapy work on the deeper levels of the mental and emotional body and completely bypass the conscious mind. One can understand it like getting deep cleaning done without involvement of the conscious mind. Imagine how nurturing it would be for the person who is in trauma because of too many thoughts, where the conscious mind is completely bypassed.
Thus it is quite safe and easy for the person to release all that which does not allow for the feeling of safety. With every point of view released the person is free to choose a different possibility. With these energy healing sessions, the person can easily re-establish his/her connection with the divine, thus trusting that he/she is taken care of at every point of time. With the cleansing, the person can settle with his/her own emotions leading to building trust in the self and the divine. The basic ability of faith once developed can help the person take charge of his/her life with total ease.
Bach flower remedies also serve as powerful allies in anxiety treatment. These natural solutions (I call them little angels) facilitate the letting go of negative emotions and provide a protective shield against them returning. Bach Flower remedies have proven to give very very good results.
Along with the energy healing, some changes in the daily routine are suggested like energy diet, stretching exercises, asanas as well as pranayama which form the part of Anxiety treatment healing sessions. Some meditative techniques are also taught which the person can bring in daily routine. Therapy for anxiety which includes stress management helps the person take charge of his/her life by connecting to the divinity within.
Sessions can be tailored to fit one's needs, whether conducted online or in person. Remarkably, distance healing has proven to be just as effective as face-to-face interactions.
